Dr Rachel
Hi, I'm Rachel

I'm a medically trained Doctor who, having an insatiable interest in the mind, later specialised as a Psychiatrist.
From the outside, I am a very successful high achiever - seemingly with apparent ease.

But this is not the full story.

I have always had a strong inner sense of me. But this has been tried, tested, and pushed to its limits.

As a woman in today's society, I too have felt the pressures of:

Intense workloads
Balancing work, exams and personal relationships
Trying to make time for self care, whilst caring for others
Working in a culture where minimisation of feelings and emotions is expected
Struggles being seen as weaknesses
Being silenced
Imposter Syndrome
Sexual Harrassment
Unrealistic expectations of women

Mainly; for a long time I felt stuck in my career; restricted.

My inner self has always been there to guide me.
But oftentimes I have diminished her, in preference of "what I should do," overthinking the issue, or listening to others above myself.

Yours is there with you too.

During a relationship breakup, and subsequent career change, she stepped up to the plate.
I gave her space, time and freedom, to allow her voice to be the loudest one.

She let me know what I needed to do.
I trusted her.
And she guided me through, providing clarity in innumerable ways and a remarkable sense of self trust and belief.

Life feels Easier. Lighter. Clearer.

This is what I want for you too

I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space in which you can feel at ease.
Contact me, and together let's take the first step towards rediscovering YOU, increasing your self awareness and finding your own unique power within.
